Hello, I’m Lance, co-founder of Motive Engage. My journey in the tech industry has been marked by notable achievements, including making the President’s Club at a Vista Equity Partners-owned SaaS company and deepening my expertise within the Google Cloud ecosystem. These experiences have honed my strategic acumen, enabling me to drive success across diverse digital platforms.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am passionate about enriching the eSports community. I volunteer my skills to assist eSports organizations in mastering content creation, branding, and community building. I also founded #DataSpartan, an online brand that reflects my commitment to leveraging data for insightful business and personal growth.
Networking and connecting with people are at the heart of what I do. I believe in the power of relationships to transform and enrich both business and personal lives. Outside of work, my world revolves around rugby, wrestling, and most importantly, my two daughters. They inspire me daily and are my truest passion.
